  I called Elan Monday morning, he met me at the property with 15 minutes. Elan looked over the job, gave me an estimate and we had a deal. I was in a big rush and he was able to come the next morning (Tuesday). Showed up on time and got to work. Elan spent extra time pre-soaking the back patio with some pretty bad oil stains. In the end the whole job turned out great. Thank you Elan, I definitely will be using you in the future.
