  Clutter and Hoarding Pros gave New Life at the start of the 2025 New Year. Michelle, Michael, and crew of Ramon, Gabriel, and Oscar are truly Godsends. They were able to provide the easiest, most professional, discreet, and thorough removal, clean out, packing, etc. job to a most desperate, disabled, and hopeless person. In the darkest of hours, and the very last hours of 2024 - Ramon, Gabriel, Oscar, Michael, and Michelle - literally turned the lights back on inside a hopeless person. They are all angels; much like nurses, they must really love helping people to do the extremely difficult work that they do on a daily basis - with a smile and infinite patience! If you need discreetness and "all hands on deck" in a highly emotional setting, or just a quick de-clutter and organizer, Clutter and Hoarding Pros is invaluable and the *only* number you need to call.   Can I give 10 stars?! What absolute professionals! Fast-acting, thorough, thoughtful and kind. This was a highly sensitive move, and Michael and the team took care of it all with the utmost care, diligence and attention to detail. I hope never to need them again, but they are the absolute best at what they do - you will not be sorry. COME HERE FIRST and you'll seek no other support!

  Excellent, calm, kind, fast service. These professionals did what I thought would take a week, in just 6 hours!!!!!! No judgement, no anxiety. They did things I wasn't even asking for (they assembled a project, freeing up even more space). Michael and Ramon are fabulous, I will call them sooner if I ever start a hoarding situation in my home again.

  I recently found myself in a challenging situation when a relative in Pasadena passed away, leaving me in charge of his estate. Upon arriving at his home, I discovered a severe hoarding situation and had no idea how to handle it. Fortunately, I came across Clutter and Hoarding Pros, and they became a lifesaver for me! When I first called, I spoke with the owner, Michelle. She was incredibly understanding and reassured me that they could handle the situation. From that first call, I knew I was in good hands. Throughout the entire process, the team was professional, supportive, and explained everything clearly, walking us through each step with patience and compassion. I cannot express how grateful I am for their help. A special shoutout to Michael, the project manager, and his amazing crew. They did a top-notch job cleaning the house and made what seemed like an insurmountable task manageable. Thanks to their hard work, we were able to get through the estate and close it out with ease. I highly recommend Clutter and Hoarding Pros to anyone in need of their services. They truly made a difficult time much more bearable, and I don't know what I would have done without them.

  My family and I are very grateful for the expedited but carefully executed cleanup by Michael and his C&HP crew: Tony, Ramon, Oscar, Luis, Gabby and John. The 4-day cleanup got done in 3 1/2 days with no corners cut! You might get sticker shock from their estimate but they are worth every penny. Very happy with the outcome.
