  Fantastic service / communication from start to finish. Call answered quickly with the operator being able to advise options & costs. The technician arrived on time, advised the on site process and then removed and sprayed the European Wasp nest safely. Thanks so much Flick.

  We had a scare with a new property that showed pest damage that wasn't in the building and pest report we had done before contract exchange. Flick Canberra were able to get someone out to us very quickly, and Ben was very helpful in giving the house and garden a thorough inspection, allaying fears of a major structural issue. He mapped out a management plan for us, was extremely courteous and communicated clearly. Very happy with the service from Ben.
