I contacted Canyon and requested Spencer on the recommendation of a friend. Spencer showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and quickly made the repairs. Being that my home is over 60 years old, I asked him to make any other recommendations that may need attention, now or in the future. My impression is that he was honest in his assessment and helped me to prioritize the plumbing needs my home may have in the future. Before he left, I discussed with him when he could return to make the most needy emandations. When that time comes, I will most assuredly request that Spencer does this work.
